Carly Czach & Rebeca Medina
September 23, 24 & 25; Tues, Wed & Thurs from 12:30pm-2:30pm
Solitos Todos (Individual within the whole)
This mini-intensive will start with a series of set movement patterns as we warm up, inviting particular focus on the qualitative body and compositional awareness. We bring these specific qualities into our dancing in an attempt create and share a common experience. Classes will include solo, group and contact improvisation as well as set material. As we cultivate these focused environments, we emphasize a sense of timing, individuality and presence. All levels of experience are invited and drop-ins are very welcome.
