Class Description:

This class will explore practices which prepare our bodies and minds to dance with clarity, articulation, and expressivity, we will draw upon knowledge of anatomy, physiology of breath, and visualization to increase efficiency and freedom of our movement. I am interested in directing our attention and intention towards creating an optimal space for change to happen, to have the most freedom, awareness and power of expression in our dancing.
