Anna Azrieli

Feb 25,26, & 27; Tues, Wed & Thurs 7:30pm-9:30pm

In this class I will share my approach to technique through improvisation. There is little set material, rather anatomical, energetic, spatial, and perceptual concepts are dealt with through movement scores. The structure of the class is similar to a technique class in that there is a warm up, floor and standing, then movement through space, and there will also be some partner work and watching of others. Class will end with learning a simple phrase that we will mess with using the thoughts we'd practiced earlier.
